The new Masoutis Store at SKG

In the context of Fraport taking over the management and operation of “Macedonia” airport, the need to create new commercial spaces in Terminal 2 emerged. Therefore, following the new technical specifications of the airport, we have undertaken to house the new Masoutis Store. Although it is the smallest in size store of the specific store network, this project is of the utmost importance, as it is the first Masoutis Store in an airport. With its emblematic presence at the new, renovated airport of Thessaloniki it consolidates the widespread presence of the Masoutis Stores in Northern Greece, and thus, its significant position in the retail sector. For this reason, the aim of the design was to offer a special morphological appearance, beyond the typical corporate identity, which would be, at the same time, in line with Fraport’s new technical specifications, in the context of the aesthetic and functional upgrading of Greek airports.
